Our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us with your order number. Custom-made items may not be cancellable once production has started.
Returns
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer.
